Despite my less-than-stellar experience with Verizon, they were able to assist me with professionalism and courtesy. The store itself was recently updated and had a clean and friendly atmosphere. Great locally owned family business to support.

Tod was excellent at helping me to choose a plan and phones for me and my family.
We purchased three phones and are paying less for more data than with the two phones we previously had!
Tod worked tirelessly to get all my data and photos from my old broken phone on to my new one.

(April 29, 2022, 6:38 pm)Great experience! Talked to them at the Home and Garden Show in 2020 but due to Covid we had to delay everything. We went back this year and talked to them again. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We just had a indoor/outdoor sound system installed and it sounds great! Install team of Aaron and Drew were super friendly, even as my 2 year old was following them around constantly asking what they were doing! We will definitely be using them again!
