  I had a guy back into my Ford Focus in 3/23 & I took my car to Germaine based on positive reviews from my neighbor. Unfortunately, the guy’s insurance proved very very difficult to work with & it was a long process.
  Throughout, Josh, Kyle & Katie remained professional during our many contacts.
  Finally received my car back on 6/10/23 & I’m thrilled. They did an awesome job! The repairs work is excellent. Kudos to EVERYONE in the shop.

  Josh and his team are a friendly, caring group of people.
  Unfortunately my Accord got rear-ended by a hit-and-run driver and the car did not get repaired because my insurance company would not pay. Lesson learned: in Ohio and some other states insurance companies are not required to pay for damage caused by a hit-and-run unless the car has collision coverage or the insurance company can prove the driver of the car, if found, was uninsured. Thus, my car was not repaired and won't be unless I pay out-of-pocket. As frustrating as this has been with my insurance, I did get to know Josh quite well and highly recommend him and his team for your collision needs.

  I had an unfortunate accident and I took my truck to this shop to get it fixed (some body work and tri-color paint). Josh Fosdick took special care in explaining what all needed to be done to fix the truck properly and wrote out an estimate that was much lower than what I expected. The truck was done on time and looks brand new again. I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did for me and at such a fantastic price! Thank you so much!

  (Update): After looking at the mirror in different light and different times of the day and shining light on it, the paint matches pretty well.
  
  I broke the mirror on the passenger side of my car. Went to Germain to get a estimate and to get it fixed. I was told they can do it and it would be fixed in a couple of days. I called after a couple of days to find out they didn't get the cap for the mirror. Well, after a week and a half, I finally got my car back with a badly painted mirror that doesn't match the paint of the rest of the car. I was also left with a check engine light.

  I brought my car in from Columbus and they were great to work with. I had two separate claims and the staff was great dealing with both claims. The car looks like just as beautiful as the day I bought it. The staff is always great when I call, since I am not local. It is not my first time there thanks to a one car garage & side mirrors that don’t automatically fold in. I will continue to make the drive to Beavercreek. Hopefully I won’t need the body shop as often as service at the dealership!
