They work with my schedule and have been super good at rescheduling me when I have unexpected cancellations, I always feel like I'm listened to and I appreciate that they are gentle while still being straightforward with me. If one approach isn't working they offer another until we found something that worked for me, their kindness and patience with me and my needs makes it easier for me to discuss hard topics that I'd normally not want to confront.
