  Arrived promptly and went straight to work installing new water softener. I had used Dean’s before and Ken came out so I requested him again because he was so informative and courteous. Ken and Travis are definitely knowledgeable about their work. I would definitely use them again.

  I had such a great experience with Dean’s Plumbing. Came highly recommended, notified me in advance to confirm they were coming. Arrived on time, did a walk-through of my house to find any other plumbing issues I might have, after they asked if that was OK. Fixed the issue I had called them in for quickly and efficiently, as well as an additional issue they noticed that I had not been aware of. We’re very clear about price upfront, and quoted me on several other items I might want to take care of. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

  Our technician did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and offered us different options for solving our plumbing issues which was helpful. I appreciated him explaining what he was doing to solve the various plumbing issues and why, again he was very knowledgeable.

  I have several items which need to be addressed in my home. The technicians Ken and J were on time and prompt, very courteous and polite, and above all, were honest and truthful. I've not used this company before, but they definitely will be my go to plumbers for any issues I encounter. I'm waiting for my estimate/quote but I know I won't be disappointed.

  Noah and John were outstanding!! They are the reason the water turned on today after being off for over 10 years!!! Do not judge the disarray we are just getting started. We have some temporary facilities in place and a great plan for expand water to parts of the building that haven’t had it in forever.
  
  They are also registered with the City of Dayton which was a requirement for us since our water blew years ago and had been turned off at the main.
  
  This was a major step for our progress and this is the 2nd time we’ve used Dean’s. They are by far our plumber of choice moving forward.

I was able to get a same day after hour's appointment after finding my 15 month old home's sump pump was running continuously even after discharge. Ken from Dean's Plumbing came out late on a Friday night and after inspecting the issue recommended a new higher quality pump than the builder model which wasn't functioning properly.
