  Updated review: I cannot say enough positive things about this gym and the staff. Not only are they excellent, positive, supportive coaches, but they have become friends as well. During the quarantine period, Coach Sarah has led Zoom meetings every week. Keith, Sarah, and Zak have posted YouTube videos for each of the @ home workouts (up to 6.3 as of today). And they have even organized virtual happy hours to help keep us all sane. This is more than a business. It's a family. Oh, and I forgot to mention Jamie's barbell club Zoom class and the kids classes that Sarah holds.

  Where do I begin? The coaching staff here is amazing! And it's affordable! Attend some classes and quickly your workout buddies become more like family! I've been attending for just over a year and it's definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made! If you are looking for a gym, you should definitely check them out!

  A membership to DSC is worth every penny! I have been a member since Sep 15 and have loved every minute. Becky and Adam Rogers run a very unpretentious, welcoming and friendly gym. Their staff is equally amazing and provide so many different options to achieve whatever level of physical fitness/wellness you're looking for. As a personal programming client, Becky has been able to steadily build my strength and endurance over 6 months and I've had a blast doing it. She recently worked with me through an injury and forced me to give my body the time off it needed. As for the facilities, the hours are fabulous, the equipment is plentiful and well-maintained and there always seems to be new and exciting additions that appear. They are even on the verge of finishing an expansion to provide an additional 1,600 square feet of awesome. The growth DSC has experienced is no surprise. Come be a part of it!

  Dayton Strength and Conditioning is amazing! Adam and Becky Rogers are top notch coaches and they really know there stuff. I was hooked the minute I walked into the place. The people are friendly, the atmosphere is fun and encouraging, and I couldn't give a higher recommendation for this place. If you are looking for a gym that can accommodate all types of training needs and that has a great environment to workout in look no further than DSC.

  Adam & Becky are great! They were really accommodating to me with gym access, which I really appreciated given I travel so much for work. They're also great to bounce training ideas off of and training "shop talk." The gym family is really welcoming and let's you be whatever you need to be in the gym, from aspiring national champion to novice lifter. DSC is expanding their space, which is really exciting as it allows for further development of the different aspects of a gym, but still has a closeness feel to it. I've been really pleased with being part of the gym.
