(August 31, 2020, 7:56 am)We have a great outdoor spot on a well-drained and open area in the spacious Sibco Ltd storage facilities! Great place to hang out waiting for an side spot. Great staff, security, and location just off of US 35 in Beavercreek Ohio.

(August 28, 2020, 5:14 pm)Highly recommend! Very secure (two different security gates protected by passcode you must pass through), & very clean. I’ve been storing my boat for the past 6 years and have never had an issue. The building & concrete pads are in excellent condition! No leaks, no rodent issues.
