The Assitant Manager Becky is absolutely amazing! She is very caring and answers all of your questions. I'm currently living in a different complex but am moving here after my lease is up. The townhouses are laid out nicely and are super affordable, especially for being on a golf course. You can tell that the people that work here truly care about you and want you to be happy. I look forward to moving here!

I’ve come to live at multiple places in the surrounding Dayton area and have to say that Wexford is the top of my list. Becky and Christy are the nicest people you’ll meet. I’ve lived here for almost 9 months and have no complaints. The minute you place a request for maintenance, the problem is resolved within the next day or even the same day. I work from home and I can say that is nice how quiet the neighborhood is! I also appreciate how friendly the lead maintenance guy, Dave, is. The other maintenance guys are also friendly when running our service calls. Can’t say I could ever leave this wonderful community. Highly recommend.

I lived in what they call an "Eagles Nest" and honestly it's pretty good for the price. It's small but the open layout is cool. Kitchen is a good size for a 700 sqft apartment. Really easy and cheap to heat and cool due to that small size, which was nice in the winter. I was really impressed with the walls here. I couldn't hear neighbors above or below, left or right. Every now and then I'd hear a dog bark or a cabinet slam, but overall I was very happy with it. Large bedroom closet with attic space, lots of cabinet space in the kitchen as well. We had a full pantry. There's even an in unit W/D, and I've never seen that in a 700 sqft apartment before. Despite being 700 sqft, 2 people and a 20 pound dog living there wasn't crammed or uncomfortable at all.

I've been in the townhomes here and they are also really nice. Perfect for roommates as there are separate bathrooms in each bedroom.

Great pet policy. There are dogs like huskys, German shepherds, and I think even pitt bulls here (check this, I could be wrong). There doesn't seem to be any breed restrictions at Wexford, and I loved that. All of the dogs were friendly and the owners looked after them like they should. Also, while I lived here, pet rent was $35 for one OR two pets. I've looked at a lot of apartments in the Dayton area, and I've never seen that before. The cheapest I've seen rent for two pets around here is $50.

The review on here about Wexford being pitch black is complete nonsense. Nowhere in Wexford is "pitch black". That's nonsense IMO.

But yea overall I liked it here and I would recommend Eagles Nest to anyone that wants an affordable place to stay for a year. Perfect for single people and young couples.

I lived at Wexford for three glorious years and loved every minute of it. The thing I loved the most was the pool and the community of folks I lived around. Everyone was so nice and the management went WAY out of their way to always throw fun events that would try to include everyone. I was able to meet a lot of great friends this way.

I lived in both a single bedroom and a double bedroom. Both were golf course views which were amazing.

The management went out of their way to fix any issues and maintenance was always very quick to respond. If I ever find myself in need of moving back into an apartment, this will be my first stop!
