Right from the start the staff was amazing!! We worked with Sheri and she was very pleasant and easy to work with. She understood what we wanted and got us into the hot tub that was perfect for us.
The installers were also very helpful and answered all our questions and they were good at teaching us how to use and treat our new hot tub.
I would definitely recommend anyone to go but from Hot Springs!!!

We originally purchased a Bullfrog spa from the dealer down the road. Had so many issues with it that the store took back the spa. We then decided to buy a Hot Springs spa from the store in Dayton. We could not be happier. The difference in the cleanliness, upkeep, and overall experience does not compare. Before we had this Hot Spring spa, my husband would be cleaning the Bullfrog every weekend and dumping chemicals in all the time. We opted for the salt system in the Hot Spring spa and my husband now only relaxes in our spa instead of constantly having to clean and maintain. I wish we would have gone with Hot Spring first. Oh, and did I mention the service you get from Hot Springs? It is like you are walking in to your family’s home that hasn’t seen you in years - very warm and welcoming environment. My sales person was Becky and she made me believe in good sales and service again. Their crew also set up the spa and Becky gave me her personal cell to text or call anytime. I hope you read this and do your research before purchasing…you will not find a better quality product or a more friendly store in all of Ohio!

We purchased from Hot Springs Spas mainly because we were sold on the local service. We have not been disappointed. We have had to have service come out 3 times shortly after purchase, and they were here within 24 hours. Two easy fixes and one they had to come back on. All good now. Would have been a pain had we gone with an online purchase or a retailer that didn't have their own service people.
And we love the Spa! Configuration of the jets is good. Strong water flow. And easy to maintain the water quality. Yes I would recommend and would purchase again.

I was referred to Hot Spring Spa by a friend that said she would never own any other brand. After shopping for two years, I got the tub I wanted, got a great deal, and Kathy went above and beyond to take care of me. The delivery was exceptional! The guys rocked it and I fell short of giving a much deserved tip due to having no cash on me but hey guys, THANK YOU! Thanks to everyone at Hot Spring Spa! I love my hot tub!!
