Amazing customer service would be putting it lightly for Donovan's! I needed a simple tire patch but didn't have time to wait at the shop. I work from home and needed to get back home to continue working until my car was finished. One of the shop owners arranged to have the very kind Darrell give me a ride home. After about only one hour, they called to confirm that the car was ready and then Darrell came back to my house to pick me up. You do not find this quality of customer service at most places! They also made some proactive recommendations and I trusted that they weren't just trying to "upsell" me. You can tell that they genuinely care and appreciate all customers!

Chris was very helpful & professional when it came to getting my tires replaced. He did not try to upsell me on additional services. In fact, he saved me some money by deciding not to do a service I was planning on because it would have been a waste of money without having additional repairs done that he knew I wasn't able to afford at the time.
I also really liked the fact that I could get a service quote for tires online and that I was also able to communicate with staff about the work needed via email. It made it much less stressful than only being able to ask questions over the phone during business hours. I was able to communicate with the person doing the work directly much easier that way vs. calling the shop and having to leave a message and wait for them to call me back. Very smart business move, I think. Out of all the auto repair shops i looked into, Donovan's was the only one that seemed to be up to date in the digital age of communication & technology. Alot of shops didn't even have websites or they only had a FB page that wasn't even kept up to date nor did it provide any helpful info. Majority (besides chain stores) were only accessible via telephone and that was only if the line wasn't busy or they didn't just take your number and say they'd call back & then they never would.
Plus, a couple of weeks after getting my tires replaced, I came out one day to find one flat. I called and they said to just bring it in. I dropped it off for a couple hours and they fixed it for me. No charge.
I will definitely be returning to Donovan's on Kenwood Rd. for all of my additional service repairs in the future.

This place is amazing! The whole team shows true care and concern for their customers and you can tell they care for their employees as well. Without a doubt this is the place to go in Cincinnati for repairs and tires! Dane, Kyle, Greg and Patrick all took great care while I was there. I'm super satisfied and think they are all Super-Fantastic! I'll definitely be back! I got to meet the technicians Brian, Sam and Terry and they impressed me as well. Don't ho anywhere else. A bit of a wait to get in but now I know why the parking lot is always full. Worth the wait!!!
