Not only are various classes on fitness offered but also the opportunity to do things on your own. Extremely friendly and social atmosphere pervades no matter if you go in the morning afternoon or evening.

(September 11, 2022, 8:23 am)The fitness Center is small but very nice, clean and has a great pool, machines and staff. I have been to many gyms where it is loud, bad language and a long wait for machines. I joined the evening membership and it is a bit pricey but I enjoy the pool very much!
