  We worked with Robin to find the right area rug for our newly remodeled family room. She was great. Very patient, listened to us, showed us plenty of options. It went so well we also purchased a new rug for our dining room too. We are repeat customers and know it's not worth it to try anywhere else when you can get this kind of service, product and price. Thanks.

  We love The Rug Gallery! Their selection is unmatched. Robin was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, very well versed on the different kinds and styles of rugs, had great suggestions based on our needs and a joy to work with!
  
  The delivery team was fantastic. Ian was great when it was time to schedule our delivery even after we had to reschedule on our end. Delivery was timely and professional -Bryant and TJ took extreme care to wear protective gear- both covid-19 masks and protective booties on their feet which we really appreciated.

  Robin was great to work with. She listened to our needs and helped me so much with trying to determine the best rug and colors for our home. She is very knowledgabe, friendly and patient with my overthinking personality. The rugs here are beautiful and the selection and quality are great. The guy that scheduled our delivery worked hard to fit us in the schedule so we would have our rug in time for an event and the guys that delivered and laid the rug were great. It's obvious they have a strong emphasis on customer service. We will be purchasing more rugs from The Rug Gallery in the future, and I highly recommend them for their selection, quality, knowledge and staff.

  Excellent service from Debora my salesperson and the installers. They have all taken the time to make sure my installation was done right! I am very happy with the product (luxury vinyl plank and wall-to-wall wool carpet). Thanks for a great experience.
