You’ll get stronger and will learn good technique. Only downside was the limited hours. -

(August 31, 2016, 2:23 pm)I've been going here for a year, and can definitely say it's a great gym. The programming can be modified for all levels, and the coaches really care about helping you achieve your goals. They also throw the best Halloween party!
