Mom has lived there 6 years. She has made many friends over the years and enjoyed herself

Hi,I know all the dining room and kitchen staff by name and they know my name as well and at lunch they have ready what I like to drink, which is water and cranberry juice. Just raise your hand for seconds and they happy to oblige and all staff have smiling faces when greeting me, or serving me.
Director, Ashli, has taken care of, or offered solutions, with everything I’ve come to her about.
Jill, senior living advisor has made sure that I’ve had rides to make my dental and medical appointments…this is godsend, as I have no one to take me anywhere.
Special Annie, one of the aids is worth her weight in gold😊
Various Ashford staff took care of my cat when I layed in bed, for a month, because of inmobility to move, due to frozen shoulder due to severe arthritis.
I’ve been a renter here for almost 4 years.

My Aunt just moved into the Ashford Assisted Living in Mt. Washington and she couldn't be happier. It is a very clean, modern and nice building that has been recently updated. The landscaping is nice also. The staff, including Stephanie who works with new residents and their families have done a wonderful job in helping to get my Aunt settled in and to feel welcomed. My Aunt is happy with her one bedroom apartment that is spacious and has a full-sized kitchen. The caregivers/nurses there are very nice and caring as well. They are thorough and respond to your needs in a timely matter. They go out of their way to help the patients. There is never a bad smell like there is in some facilities. I would highly recommend The Ashford if you are looking for a place for your Senior to live and to thrive. There are a lot of activities for them to do as well. Check them out, you won't be disappointed!!
