(April 12, 2019, 8:01 am)Alexander Technique is a wonderful method to learn about your own movement habits and to help you improve them to lead your best life. Claire has an uncanny sense of observation and, with genuine empathy and skill, will teach and guide you. To use her own word, AT will make you more buoyant and you will feel lighter in your skin. AT is developed to be taught with hands on and Claire has the best hands--at once guiding firm and gently caring. I highly recommend her as a teacher.

(February 27, 2018, 10:57 am)Excellent and caring teacher. Claire helped me get back on my feet after small-bowel surgery, taught me to how to take care of myself and helped relieve general aches and stiffness. Very reasonably priced too!
