Chad N did our chimney cleaning and inspection and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with him! He was not only on time but and professional but went above and beyond to answer questions and explain everything. He was personable and a joy to talk to. We will definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a chimney cleaning and/or inspection!

We had Chimney Works come out to clean our unique, double sided wood burning fireplace in our new home. Jeremy did a great job in not only cleaning it, but showing detailed video of what issues it has and the options to correct. He was professional and on time. Great service - would recommend!

Want to say “thank you” to the entire Chimney Works team that completed the replacement and upgrade of our 42 year old chimney and flue. The project kicked off with a thorough inspection and assessment of our family room fireplace from the firebox to the chimney crown & cap. Jeremy conducted the inspection and assessment and provided a detailed report of issues/discrepancies and a proposal with trade-off options to restore our fireplace and chimney to a safe and reliable level of operation. After my wife and I settled on a doable, acceptable, and affordable course of action, we signed the proposal thus initiating the scheduling of work to be performed. At that point, John, Chimney Works service manager, coordinated with us on dates for the CW technical staff to accomplish the required project tasks. John was always professional, accommodating, and personable in scheduling and monitoring the project. The actual on-site work was accomplished in 3 days. The first two days Mayo and Christian did masonry work to include removal of old chimney bricks, crown, and flashing, and chimney rebuild with new bricks and crown IAW Ohio building code. From set up through clean up, Mayo and Christian did an outstanding job. They were followed by Joe and Mike who on the third and final day installed a new flue liner, installed new chimney flashing, installed a combo chimney cap and damper, did touch up sealing of the firebox, and removed all temporary framing material from the work area and final clean up. Bottom line: My wife and I are very pleased in the work performed by Chimney Works and we look forward to having a safe and efficient fireplace and chimney to enjoy during the upcoming winter holidays and for years to come.

Chimney Works did an outstanding job on my two chimneys. Jeremy, the salesperson and advisor, explained my different options and the pros and cons of each solution. He was knowledgeable, professional and kind. The workers who worked on the chimneys did an incredible job. The bricks and the morter of the chimney look amazing with the rest of the house's bricks. Kyle and Bobbie worked effiecntly during the intense summer heat and did a brilliant job.They were both knowledgeable and professional. My overall experience of Chimney Works was amazing! They absolutely do high quality work. I can't recommend them enough, they are fantastic!

I scheduled Jeremy Woods for a chimney cleaning today. Thank goodness I did. He first did a visual inspection and determined a sweep was not necessary. A more detailed inspection revealed some potential risks in continued use. I appreciate his attention to detail. He more than likely saved me from a chimney / house fire. Thanks
