This agency is absolutely amazing! When I needed emergency help after OVRS failed me last minute, the director, Kristie stepped in and saved my entire world. Moreover, not only was I impressed with the agency, but the provider that took care of my five-year-old son was absolutely amazing. Envision is the place to go if you're in need of any kind of respite care!

I worked in the private sector for 4 years and was a special educator in 5 different public school districts ( 4 states) for 30 years, but have never felt more fulfilled, centered, productive and truly at peace with my job as I have working as a SAS for CITE/Envision. The Sanctuary Model that is followed makes the working environment both collaborative and respectful. The seven commitments of Open communication, Social Learning, Emotional Intelligence, Growth & Change, Democracy & Social Responsibility is adhered to by not only the staff but the administration as well. Extending those values to the families we serve, enriches their lives and sets the stage of working with them in a positive and caring light. It is an amazing organization!
