Best service I've had in a long time
Great customer service give me information on a car I was looking to buy. They were very professional and honest.
Oh this is the place to go for auto service. They do a great job. If you're not familiar with Tuffys, you can always ask questions to feel more confident about your service. And prices aren't bad either. And the staff is awesome too.
This is definitely the place to take your vehicles for repair and service. We had our vehicle to "the big guys" at the dealership Chrysler TWO different times, and they were unable to diagnose the problem or offer repairs. (And still charged us $250 in diagnostic fees.) I randomly stopped in at Tuffy one afternoon on a whim, with no appointment. After speaking to the manager, he immediately offered to take a look at our vehicle and literally spotted the problem with seconds of popping the hood - a VERY simple issue with the battery connectors that ANY auto repairman should have been able to see. Again, no appointment, and they immediately took my vehicle into the shop and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. It just goes to prove that the "big name" dealerships don't always have the best service or knowledge. These guys were very prompt, helpful, friendly, and provided excellent service. Where do you go when your car is having a bad day? Tuffy Auto Service on Fields Ertel Road! My car didn't turn over in my driveway; I called AAA and had them replace the battery. Started the car...check engine light is on...AAA tells me it is just a "dummy" light.
After having a melt down, I drive the car straight to Bob (Tuffy owner) and Larry (loyal mechanic). They work my vehicle into their schedule right away to run the diagnostics. Their quick service and genuine care made it possible to still make it to my scheduled appointments on time. They truly saved the day.
It's so nice to have a professional staff that I can trust who takes care of my vehicle needs as if I were family! A breath of fresh air in the service industry...always putting the customers needs and concerns first.
