D1 Training Cincy North

There are really good trainers. They make sure that the next day you come in you are sore and stronger. You lift waits, run, do ropes, sled poles, and many more. If you need to get in shape this is the right place. When you go there the trainers make you feel like your at home. You will want to go there day after day after day. I highly recommed.

Our son worked out with the D1 team. He came home energized and excited. He was telling us all about his workout, how fast he was and how much weight he is lifting. The kicker was when he told us just how much better he is going to be when his Spring season starts. Thanks D1.

Great facility! Equipment is all modern and well organized. My kids love the variety in the workouts. And as a parent, I appreciate the multiple class time each day that allow us to fit D1 into our busy schedule. Keep up the good work guys!

I am loving D1 Training. The instructors have been great, everyone is friendly, it's very clean and the perfect environment for me. I have found a new "home away from home" after thinking I would always do my workouts from home. I was sure I'd never join a gym again. I am spoiled when it comes to driving - I like to keep things very close to home when it comes to doing anything on a regular basis......my preference is 2 or 3 miles if I go someplace 2 or more times a week. The fact that I am driving a little over 5 miles from my home each way and plan to do that 5 days a week is the biggest compliment I could give D1 - IT'S WORTH IT!

My 13 year old son has been training at D1 for the last 3 weeks and has absolutely loved it. The trainers, facilities, and program are all truly world class.

He has told me "it's so much fun and i look forward to going to it every time!"
