Siferd Plumbing Heating & A/C LLC

During one of the hottest stretches during the summer our air conditioner went out. We decided to replace our furnace and A/C unit together. The team was very professional, and personable, we were happy with the work and will definitely keep using Siferds in the future.

My company used Siferd for numerous plumbing issues throughout the building and they knocked each one out of the park. Our servicer was Shawn Hetzel and he was fast, nice, and most importantly did a great job. They are now my go-to for hired plumbing.

I had them come out for an estimate on warranty work. Showed up on time and gave estimate. They also got the parts ordered and was back for part of the work today as 1 part is back-ordered and no estimate on arrival. The crew come on time, was clean and knowledgeable and explained everything and asked if I had any questions. They are hoping to have other part in a week or 2. Glad they were able to get my A/C up and running!

June 2023 a we had a problem with the AC unit condenser not working. They responded the next morning and immediately found the bad breaker. Always polite and professional personnel.
UPDATE:we decided to get new furnace after checking other businesses we found Siferd to be best quality and cost. We had new furnace the next week! Our furnace went out and service men arrived 4 hours after we called Siferd and they had the part to repair our 20 year old (not made anymore) furnace! The serviceman was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and why and showed us the bad part compared to new part. He also showed us how to read the error codes. Price for parts, emergency repair and cleaning furnace $315. I checked internet for price of part and found it for same price range. Overall very pleased, will be using Siferd again.

Siferds has always been reliable and affordable. However, I wish they had done the fix needed last time they were here so we wouldn’t be going through this again.
