Had to call them on 12-16-2023 at like 10a.m for myself because I felt like I couldn’t breathe and felt like I had chest pains the EMTS that check me out and took me to the hospital was great they did a great job and got me laughing even though I wasn’t feeling good
A shout out to EMT Shawn McFarland. Shawn was very instrumental in assisting in the care provided to my wife who broke her hip while attending a hockey game at BGSU. Shawn was very deliberate with his “take charge” attitude yet quite “controlled & caring” when dealing directly with my wife.
He made a very difficult situation much easier and we thank him for his professionalism.
