Had two separate services with JBJ and both were first rate. One issue required an emergency call out that required immediate attention. Response on the line was very helpful and technician was onsite in less than an hour late in a Friday. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and very polite while fixing both a drain issue and leaking waterline. Highly recommend.

JBJ plumbing was the best service we have used in a long time! Easy to schedule and quick response. However, the tech who came to the house was so great! He came back a couple times for various issues and from the minute he came in was so nice and pleasant. Said hello to our animals, and to us and has a huge smile. Corrected our problem, made sure we were good and left with a smile. Great guy! Service that reminds me of the old days when people loved their job.
