When we returned they moved us up to the front. The best experience I've ever had at a department of motor vehicle office.

Always have dreaded license bureaus, but Knox County, was a pleasant surprise.
I was in and out in under 11minutes, hardly waited at all, easy to register for line, quick response time and friendly customer service. -
