Our family has been a very satisfied client of Professional Insurance Management for about 25 years. During this time, our insurance needs have varied -- especially as our daughter began to drive and relocate. The entire staff has been very flexible; providing excellent referrals, advice and document support; as well as exceptional follow-through and returned responses.

Quite a few years ago, my car was back-ended as I sat at a stoplight. After completing the routine insurance info exchange, police report, etc., I waited for several weeks for the liable person's insurance agent to contact me (which did not happen). When I called our agent, he immediately took action and within a very short time, the entire process was resolved!

I don't know what anyone else would/could expect from their insurance agency.

When I moved to Ohio I had no idea what to do about car insurance. The team at Professional Insurance Management was able to get me insured quickly. When I moved to an apartment Jim McConnell helped me get renters insurance.
When I moved to a different area of the city I didn't even think of changing my car insurance. Jim pointed out that my rates might go down depending on my home address now and helped me sign up for a cheaper car insurance in a matter of days.

Jim McConnell at Professional Insurance Management has been insuring my husband, myself and our 4 children for over 20 years with homeowners and auto coverage. Jim is professional, reliable, honest and very hard working. He and his staff take the time to treat us like they would their own families. As an independent insurance agent, Jim has been able to customize our policies for our growing needs over the years and has responded promptly with all of our questions, concerns and claims.
