Kirtland Rehabilitation and Care

I live about 6 hrs from the facility so I can't visit as often as I would like. When I do come in it appears my mother is well taken care of and she seems to be comfortable living here. The staff seems to be friendly and have, to the best of my knowledge, treated my mother with respect.

Everyone there works as a team. The aides are amazing. They are very attentive. The administrator helps with every job and quickly answers any concerns you might have. The social workers are available to help you with anything you need. The business manager is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

I just got hired here a month ago and I’m proud to say that I truly enjoy working here! The facility may be old but the care that my residents receive is phenomenal! If you’re looking for a facility for your loved one where they will have the best quality care Kirtland is the place to go!

The staff is very connected to the residence. They treat them with respect and kindness. I find great comfort that my brother is there. I know working with the residence in the memory care unit can be very challenging for the staff. And although it’s been a year since, I’ve been able to come in. I was there five times a week until that time. I was always impressed with how they redirected and yet were very kind and treated the resident with compassion.

I recently had to place my father here. The staff were amazingly attentive and compassionate. I am so thankful for all at Kirtland Rehab!
