Lüm-Tec Watches

First, I bought this watch brand new through eBay. When I received it, it wasn't working. Given the Vortex D5 is a solar watch, I did everything I could to get it started and ticking. Nothing would work, after hours and hours of trying. I decided to contact my eBay seller and he was certainly no help. So I decided to reach out to Lum Tec and see if I could have it serviced. Once I called they let me know the watch was new enough that it was still covered by warranty. So he said to send it in and they would take care of it. So I did, I packaged it up and sent it off. Now by the time I got it back it was a week later, so I was anxious to receive it. I rushed home to get my package and see the watch working, only to see it wasn't. At this point, I have been waiting close to 2 weeks for this watch I purchased, and it still isn't working after sending to the company. So as a last ditch effort, I reached back out and told Lum Tec it still wasn't working. After talking with the company, they apologized up and down, and assured me they would cover shipping and to have it sent back and they would fix it. He said they received a batch of batteries that were mislabeled and he had no way of knowing, and again apologized. Having such an issue with my watch, I was distraught and annoyed by the whole situation. And they did everything he could to ease my worry, and I can't thank them enough. He even rushed the delivery back to me, so I could enjoy my piece during the 4th. What an American, and what an American company. I have nothing but praise and admiration for the team at Lum Tec. Absolutely wonderful, and I'm already shopping other models. With this type of customer service and understanding, I'm going to be a customer for life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am very happy with my B48 purchase. The craftsmanship is solid and the MDV tec is brilliant. The Super-luminova is amazing and is something you have to see for yourself. If you are thinking about getting a watch from Lüm-Tec make the jump you won't regret it. I am looking forward to my next Lüm-Tec 🍻👍

Hey everyone, I just wanted to take the time to give a shout out to Chris Wiegand and all the folks at Lüm-Tec. I became the proud owner of a G6 and am absolutely delighted with my purchase. It's beautifully crafted, lume is awesome, sits on wrist very well, very legible, the pvd coating is flawless and I could go on. The only fly in the ointment is I have an 8 inch wrist and the strap although of very high quality genuine leather is slightly smaller than I would have liked. I contacted Chris and he graciously offered to send me on of their other strap offerings as a way to make it right for me. I was so impressed I bought a NATO, another rubber and a pvd buckle for the rubber strap I was being offered. I can't speak highly enough of their product and their customer service! Cheers!

The customer service is beyond the best in the business. I've received personal thank-yous for every order I've placed. My Super Combat B4 GMT has been the best tool watch I've ever owned. They've got an entire line of straps to choose from to refresh your watch, and a green NATO strap turned mine into a brand new watch. This is a great company and you can't go wrong with them.

I'm absolutely in love with my M68. Love this company and their products. They really stand behind them too. Had a problem with one of the straps and they sent me a new one asap. Not only that my M68 gets more compliments than any other watch I own. I proudly mention this company when ever I can. I will be back to buy again soon! Been eyeballing the 300m1.
