I was in need of a Range Terminal Block, and I was thinking, “Do I search for the Block, or Jimmy Hoffa, because I figured that it would require the same amount of effort. However upon visiting the V&V website, it showed they had two in stock, at a local location. I called back and spoke with the sales associate, I believe her name to be Janet, and stated that I was going to have someone swing through and pick up the terminal, and said person doesn’t really know what they’re looking for, and Janet replied, I already have the part out and ready to go”. Everything went extremely smooth.

The woman that answered the phone was extremely nice and knowledgeable. She explained how to remove the part and suggested we bring it to ensure we got the right one. When we were trying to install we were lost. I called back and she so kindly walked us through the process. Top notch service!!!

The lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. Actually so knowledgeable and helpful she recommended I actually not purchase the part and continue doing research before I bought a part there because she believed the part I had was not going to solve my problem. It's a breath of fresh air to go into a store where the sales associate is so knowledgeable about what they're selling.
