Zapp saved me from making a $25,000. Mistake.
I went to Zapp for a Pre Purchase Inspection on a used Toyota Tundra that looked absolutely beautiful. It had all the maintenance up to date. New brakes, rotors, exhaust, etc. just really awesome...except it wasn’t. The truck had holes of rust underneath the bed liner and in many major structural places on the frame and at connections (I think that the right word) to the Leaf Springs. It also was throwing a bunch of codes that involved really expensive repairs. If they had not have been so honest and trustworthy, I would be in SO much trouble. We are talking about thousands of dollars of work. Structural work. The car would not have made it through the length of my car loan. I’m so very grateful for these wonderful mechanics, especially Jim, who saved my family from a nightmare of a financial situation. Moral of the story, always get a pre purchase inspection from a mechanic like Jim at Zapp who will tell you the honest truth. I recommend them wholeheartedly! Zapp, I wish I could give you 100 Gold stars. Thank you Thank You Thank you! Your mechanics are Intelligent, honest and trustworthy.
