I purchased a new baby grand piano shortly after relocating to the Cleveland area, and Matt was recommended to tune it. He has done so twice now, and it could not sound better and I could not be happier he was recommended. I have had pianos tuned by several different people over many years, and Matt is by far the best--it's not even close. During the six months or so between the first and second tuning, the notes in the octave or two above middle C became overly brash sounding, with an unpleasant metallic sound. I mentioned it to him, and he said he could take care of it and he did. He spent about 2 hours working on the piano, and explained that he not only did the tuning, but also did voicing. No tuner ever did that on any of my pianos before, and it made a world of difference-- the unpleasant twanging sound was gone, and the piano had a richness, and a consistent sound and feel throughout all 88 keys that have made practicing a joy. His pricing is also quite reasonable. If you need someone to service your piano, you could not do better than Matt.

My piano was damaged in moving to Ohio -- the back wheels were torn off and the music holder lost its hinges. Matt knew exactly what to do, ordered the parts, made the improvements, then cleaned the inside of the piano and tuned it. It was amazing! He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and very affordable. Thank you for such great service!
