Me and the hubby went here after a not so pleasant encounter at the Mentor store. Joe and his crew are very personable, helpful and patient. We were struggling to find a part that fit my car and Joe was kind enough to go through multiple parts until we found the one with the closest measurement that we needed. We also found out that the Mentor store is actually pretty well stocked for its size 🤔.
