  My ferret passed away on a Friday night. I was distraught and the thought of leaving him in the fridge or freezer over the weekend was just plain devastating. I called several 24 hour services with no reply. Then Gabriel from De John called me back. The process was amazing from the initial dropping of my dude to the final pick up of his name plate. The fact he called back early on a saturday morning and was there to meet us was so settling. Thank you to all and Gabriel you sir are a true amazing person to deal with. I hope its a long time before I see you again but I will not deal with anybody again in this service. Thank you...Thank you...Thank you

  DeJohn Pet Services was there for my family in our time of need. When we lost our beloved lab, Spencer, we turned to them not knowing where else to go. Words alone cannot express the wonderful experience. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

  I lost Katt earlier this week and Sherri helped me through the grieving process. I first made contact with Sherri a month ago as Katt had cancer and was seriously thinking of putting her down but I was not sure if I was making the right decision. There is a review that says this is all about money, but Sherri never pressured me and actually gave me advice that made me look at other options for Katt.
  
  Weeks later Sherri called to check in and see how everything was doing. Katt was getting treatment but eventually started to get worse again. She stayed on the phone and listened to my fears, concerns and doubts. Make no mistake, of course this is a business but in front of that business is a woman that deeply cares about pets and ensuring you receive the best care possible.
  
  Earlier today I was able to finish saying goodbye to Katt and you know what Sherri said to me? If I need anything, to just call her. No strings attached and no pressure. She made such a positive impact on me and I hope she can do the same for you.

  Sherri showed the greatest care and compassion for my dog Sonny. She took great care in treating him with dignity and tenderness the whole time. It is a great comfort knowing he was well cared for on his way to the "Rainbow Bridge". He will be deeply missed and Sherri made it a little easier to bear. Thank You Sherri
