  13 month old daughter was sick. Found out she had an ear infection. We were in and out with a prescription in 30 minutes. Everyone was so friendly and listened to what I had to say. Great place to go.

  Overall, my family has had a positive experience here, and we have used the facility many times for a variety of ailments from poison ivy, flu, wounds, along with the more serious issues in which they quickly recommended the need to get help with specialists.

  Getting ready to head to Urgent care to have my thumb/wrist looked at. The last time I was here I had a broken wrist. Everyone was very kind. From the receptionist to the x-ray technician to nurses and the doctor. I believe when you are in a situation such as a busy urgent care or an ER, people will treat you as you treat them. It goes without saying if you are patient and realize they may be understaffed, and a bit tired, a lot of kindness and understanding goes a long way towards making their day better. Consequently the way they treat you will be more rewarding. It's a win/win for everyone. I'm willing to bet the people that have given negative reviews for anybody not treating them kindly were probably not in the best mindset themselves. What goes around, comes around. Just saying.
