CrossFit Veneration

CrossFit Veneration is a place full of hard working people all there to do the same thing; achieve their fitness goals. With the support of all the members and coaches, you’ll never have a day where you’re not pushed to do your best. It’s such a fun and encouraging place to be. I can 100% say that even though the workouts may be hard and will push your body, you’ll never leave not having fun. Veneration is truly a family away from home.

I am the Co-Owner and General Manager of CrossFit Veneration. I have dedicated my life to the health of others. There is nothing that brings me more happiness and fulfillment than watching someone come in with unhealthy habits, no confidence, scared - and 3+ months later…. Feel so differently about themselves. I love watching people accomplish things they never thought they were able to do. I love watching people fight chronic disease by showing up and working on themselves for 60 minutes 3+ days a week.

I love leading our team of professional Coaches. There is a not a team out there that cares more about your health and happiness than this one! Our coaches genuinely want to see you be successful.

I love coaching at CrossFit Veneration because of the relationships I have built and the lives I have been able to change. My clients have come in with goals, some of which they think were impossible, and it is so amazing that as their Coach I have helped them achieve those things. The moments where they have achieved the “unachievable”, are moments I'll never forget.

Our community, coaching, and programming is amazing! I have never seen such a close knit group of people before, or such care from a Coach that they not only care about how you feel, but how your life is going. Our programming is beyond the best I have seen. It allows you to workout everyday if you want to, and feel GOOD doing it! This place has changed my life in the most positive way, and if you walk through these doors, it will do the same for you!

I absolutely love Veneration. I have joined a fair amount of gyms in my life and let me tell you, this is the last place you will ever need to join. Veneration is so much more than a place to work out. It truly is a family. The coaches are very educated and know everyone by name, they care about your safety, your goals, and your technique. The people are all super friendly and there is a wide range of skill and ability. Not only do I feel comfortable and confident taking my shirt off at the pool again, I feel better, I feel healthier, and Even after just 4 months I can keep up with my teenage kids. I live in Westerville and happily make the drive 4 days a week. Give this place a try. I promise you won’t regret it.

Veneration has changed my life, truly. I’ve been to A LOT of gyms in my life, and I have found my forever fitness home at CrossFit Veneration. I’m fairly new, only been here a few months, and someone who has struggled with fitness for years, but I’ve maintained consistency in my attendance, more than I can say for any other fitness program I’ve tried through the years, and I 100% attribute this to the amazing staff, particularly our 5:45am class coach, the owners, Storm and Courtney for their continuous support, as well as the other members. There is a sense of unity here, people from all walks of life, pushing each other for 1 hour a day to be their best selves. Here, at Veneration, the focus is on people first and fitness second, sounds weird coming from a fitness place but it’s true. The atmosphere that has been created at Veneration is unmatched by any other I’ve been a part of. At previous gyms I’ve been a “member” but at Veneration we are more than members we are family. I rely on my class to push me through days I just can’t push myself, and because of them, the people, the staff, I keep coming back. This is the first gym I truly feel like I “fit in”.They place value on coaching, continuously, not just through the initial fundamental classes. Not only is there an amazing coach leading every class, walking around making sure your moving correctly but also encouraging you, but you also meet with your coach quarterly, or more if you’d like, to keep you accountable to your goals. I could keep talking about how much I love Veneration but I’ll finish with saying that if you’re looking for a place to get in shape but you’re apprehensive that it’s not the right time, or your not in shape enough to do CrossFit, or you won’t fit in, or any other reason you have, rest assured that the staff at Veneration will have you changing your mind in a matter of just a few days.
