(February 7, 2023, 6:55 am)Small but nice. Great people. Try to avoid when there's an event with kids because their parents and themselves clog up the front entryway and don't feel the need to move.

(January 13, 2023, 5:40 pm)It's great for a basic gym. They offer things like child care, programs for seniors, and lots of equipment. I have never had to wait to get in. It's been renovated in the past few years and is very clean and modern. The staff are helpful and polite to everyone.

I do wish there was more room in free weights area, but tight
