(July 8, 2019, 10:38 am)My in-laws live in Avon Lake. Over the holiday weekend I was wanting a little yoga break, and was so pleased that there was a studio only 5-minutes away. The "Warm Powerful Yoga" class was perfect! I left sweaty, stretched, relaxed and ready for the day ahead. (I especially loved the option for hands-on adjustments). I'll be back on future trips!

(March 12, 2019, 4:29 pm)So grateful for the opening of this studio!! Lanie McManis is amazing and so are all the other teachers! Juli’s 8am Yoga Sculpt on Friday, Wed eve Centered class with Megan and Tiffany’s 9am Warm Power class are my mains then I fill in anywhere else I can.
It’s a great environment without judgement or obnoxious gossip like some of the other studios in town.
You won’t be disappointed!!!
