I found a vehicle here that I was interested in and having a hard time finding locally. So I explained that I was an out of state buyer who would be willing to make the trip to purchase the vehicle, but needed to be assured the vehicle was worth the trip to see, test drive and was what the pictures indicated so I wouldn’t have any bad surprises upon seeing it in person.

When I got to the dealership it was clear that the vehicle was exactly as advertised. They stayed open late so I could test drive and throughly look over the vehicle.

I am very happy with my purchase and the level of customer service I received.

Next time I’m in the market for a vehicle I’ll be checking out the inventory here first, even though there are plenty of closer dealerships.

This was an excellent, haggle free experience in buying a SUV. I have been searching for a low mile, inexpensive SUV for over a weeks time. I have been through North Ridgeville and similar towns. Met with many rude and inexperienced dealers/salesman. Over half did not know vehicle details or willing to negotiate. Until I found the Alex Auto Group. Mr. Cupac, was very helpful and straight forward from the beginning. He even compromised on the pricing a little bit, along with my busy schedule to finish processing paperwork and deliver car.
