Great place to meet people of all ages and get fit at the same time . I’ve been coming to this gym for over 6 years and it helps me to stay functional and be able to stay strong and be able to take care of my property. I’m 62 and feel better now than I did when I was 52 !

I love being a personal trainer and coach at 15:13 Fitness & Strength! I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with our members every day to help them get stronger and stay healthy. Our gym is like a family and the members have built an amazing community of accountability to get stronger together and to support each other. Our members come from all different backgrounds and I love getting to work with people of all fitness levels. This is an awesome facility with fun and challenging classes that will help you get stronger and gain mobility no matter what stage of life you are in.

The owners are awesome. They take you through the different exercises and teach you the proper way to do them.

This hometown gym is phenomenal! Kim Williams (coach) and staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and caring. I've lost over 50lbs since joining the gym last 10/2019. I've gained a gym family that is supportive and kind. Which has helped me boost my self-confidence health, mental and spiritual wholeness. I turned 44 earlier this year and this past weekend, I was able to scale the rocks surrounding Old Man's cave with the fearlessness of a 20 year old. One of many personal goals achieved with the help of this gym. Love this Place!
