Very good facility, Nice workers, Good care.

Keystone Pointe is a wonderful facility. They took excellent care of my loved one. Their nursing staff is amazing, caring and compassionate!

We were so pleased with the care that our 97 year old Dad received at Keystone Pointe. He was in their Pathways (Memory Care) Unit for several months before he passed. He was well taken care of from the nurses, aides, therapy and the entire staff. He had mostly all the same caretakers day in and day out. How Keystone is able to hang on to the same dedicated staff (some that have been there many years) speaks volumes to their good reputation in itself. They were consistent in providing the same nurses and aides which was very important to our family. Because of this they got to know our Dad well which helped provide better and continuity of care for him, which is more than we can say about two other facilities our Dad was in. The other two places (one of which had a different agency nurse daily and sometimes had no Aides at all) wanted him out as he required more care. Keystone understood his needs and took him in and cared for him like they promised us they would. They also kept us updated on his care and scheduled family meetings to keep us informed and discuss any changes that might help improve his care.
Although all the staff was great, we would like to give a special shout out to nurse Melanie who went above and beyond to make sure our Dad was in good hands, right up to the day he passed. She is truly a fantastic nurse as well as a warm, kind person. Also a big shout out to Bernie, the Aide that cared for our Dad often on the evening shift. She also had the kind, special touch that every family would want their aged parents to have. You could tell she truly cared for him and all the residents on that floor.
Thank you Keystone! You made the last few months of our Dad’s days very comforting.
