  Katie’s Rest and Restore offering is a beautiful experience to balance my energy from all of the “thinking and doing.” Katie prepares the props ahead of time so you can effortlessly settle into her peaceful space. Katie is calm and intentional. Her voice soothes my soul so I am relaxed but also still present in my body to receive the benefits of the practice. Katie is mindful of individual needs and is a leader I feel comfortable reaching out to for support. I also participated in one of Katie’s vision board workshops which helped me open a portal of creativity and develop expanded potential for my future dreams. I love that Katie’s studio is decorated with personal touches and up-cycled materials. If there is an opportunity to explore the farm I recommend doing so! Thank you, Katie, for sharing your wisdom.

  If you have not tried FarmHouse Yoga you are missing out on a one of a kind soul satisfying amazing experience! From the quaint setting to the most gentle and loving owner Katie, you will not be disappointed. I have booked private parties, attended her seasonal retreats, attend the monthly R&R / meditation sessions, as well as the monthly hip & spine classes and keep coming back for more! In fact, I’ve integrated this into my monthly self-care plan because it is such a huge help with managing stress and supporting emotional well-being. I can’t imagine not taking advantage of this gem in Northeast Ohio. I’ve brought my most cherished friends and family as well and now they are all hooked! One of the things I appreciate most is that Katie consults with you prior to any parties and events and tailors them specifically to your liking. I feel blessed and encouraged having people like Katie in this world… she no doubt makes this a better place to live and who couldn’t use special attention and love especially during these times. She truly is a yoga Angel. By the way, Whether you’re new or experienced to yoga this is the place to come since Katie can accommodate any level and do so gracefully. In fact I brought my Mom after she had knee surgery and Katie modified the practice to accommodate her situation and now this is a standard monthly / daughter activity we both cherish. Instead of treating yourself to dinner or drinks or that new outfit why not treat yourself to an amazing experience that carries over into your mind, body and soul and last forever. What a fantastic way to show yourself and loved ones you love them by treating them to a one of a kind experience at Farmhouse Yoga!!

  Katie is a fantastic yoga teacher! I always enjoy her classes and workshops. Her yoga studio is welcoming and joyful. Her teaching style is kind, thoughtful and inclusive. Amazing experience - always!

  Katie is the owner and instructor at Farmhouse Yoga. The studio is quite pleasant and Katie does an excellent job. She listens to her clients and adjusts the yoga session to accommodate client needs. She has a very calm and caring demeanor. Hands down she is the best yoga instructor I've encountered. Lover her!

  I have taken two outdoor yoga classes, and I loved them! The view of the farm, lake, and trees was so calming. Katie’s guidance through the classes, both with poses and meditative comments put me in such a relaxed state. I found myself returning to those moments later in the week when faced with stress or anxiety. It is evident that Katie puts a great deal of thought and careful planning into these events to ensure the calming of mind, body, and spirit. I would highly recommend trying any event at Farmhouse Yoga!
