Was my go to place 10 years ago before I starting doing most of my own car work. Chris always did an awesome job. Had no need to use them for over 5 years. Now I'm starting to and Joel and his crew also do an awesome job. Won't talk you into repairs you don't need.

Within a week of purchasing my truck from a dealership in Michigan it was already having bad transmission issues. I decided to call Joel from Fast Lane Auto Care and he took great care of me! Words can not describe how grateful and happy I am for Joel and his wonderful staff. Joel was extremely friendly, helpful, considerate, understanding, and best of all an absolute pleasure to work with. Hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST there is! They did an amazing job getting my transmission rebuilt, put together, back into my truck, and back on the road fast! The whole process was fast, and I promise I will forever be a returning customer of Joel and fast lane auto care even if it means traveling from Michigan! 10/10 recommended.

I had work done by Joel several times at a prior employer of his. They are one of the very few shops that I actually trust to be fair and honest. They will have my business as long as we are able to own and drive a car. Two great guys!

Wow! This place is top notch! I worked with Zack, but all of their mechanics are genuinely skilled professionals. Zack quickly diagnosed the issue and worked efficiently to fix it. What impressed me the most was their transparency throughout the entire process, they kept me informed every step of the way. The pricing at Fast Lane was fair and reasonable, you can tell they value their customers and prioritize building long lasting relationships. Overall, I couldn't be happier. I arrived from out of town in my Chevy Silverado. My vehicle fan continued to run after the vehicle was shut off and the engine gage was running cold. I reached out to Fast Lane when I arrived in Maumee, Ohio and explained my situation. They said come over and we will check it out for you today. I arrived and was met with friendly staff members. Joel Cook the owner had a technician look at my truck and diagnose it for me along with an estimate to repair it. The estimate was fair for what they were doing to work me on such short notice. Once the repair was complete, Joel said the actual cost was going to be much lower than the estimate, a nice thing to hear knowing that some might have seen this as an opportunity to make a buck. Joel himself repaired my truck and even hosed down the engine where some antifreeze had overfilled. Excellent customer service and an overall great experience. I would recommend Fast Lane to anyone who needs an honest, fair mechanic shop for their vehicle maintenance in the Maumee, Ohio area.
