(May 28, 2020, 9:06 pm)American Frame is a top notch business. I have always been totally satisfied with their work. I had to make an appointment but I was the only customer because of social distancing. Masks are required and that was great with me. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

(March 20, 2020, 10:27 am)This was my first experience with American Frame. I relied on printed measurements from a piece of canvas artwork for floating frame. The frame was correct but measurements from the artist were not. I called and talked to the rep at American Frame and she replaced and I returned the other one for a minimal charge. It was so kind and efficient. I just received the replacement and I am in love with the final product. Totally exceeded my expectations for quality and service!
