(September 29, 2021, 7:21 pm)We had the most amazing experience at Ron's Trailers. We lost all four brakes on our brand new trailer on our trip from Maine to Colorado. The owner and shop manager fit us into their schedule the same day, replaced all the brakes, called our dealership, the trailer manufacturer, and the brake manufacturer. They had us up and running by the end of the day and recommended a glorious state park--Maumee Bay--on Lake Erie. This could have been an horrific experience, but they truly made it remarkable. We're making a special stop on our way home to stay at Maumee again.

(January 4, 2018, 8:02 pm)I own a car hauler made by Ron's. The funny thing is, that I've only hauled one car on it only once. This is the best investment that I've made in trailers, by far. The craftsmanship is second to none. I'm always proud to tell people about my trailer and that it is a Ron's Trailer.

They explained everything that we needed to know about the trailer we should buy and even how to use it to transport out car from place to place. It is great to find great customer service. (October 21, 2015, 4:35 pm)Michael Blade, I do apologize but you are incorrect in your review. We are a trailer manufacturer and we manufacturer many different trailers. I invite you to visit our facility so you can see for your self that we do indeed manufacturer the trailers that we sell. Feel free to stop by anytime our hours of operation are 8 am - 5pm Monday - Friday and Saturdays 8 - am - 12 pm, however you say you live next door to our facility so you should know that.
