Great! They are always busy. If you can get there as soon as they open, you should. I usually drop mine of the night before. Had to get a new tire. Was surprised to see the tech even tuck my donut back nice in neat were it belongs.
I was traveling on the Interstate from Detroit to Bama, and noticed a weird sound scraping from the bottom of my car. Pulled over and saw a heat shield had came apart on one side and was dragging. I found Tireman Auto, the nearest repair shop and waited 30 minutes for them to open. They were able to remove it and get me back on the road. These gentlemen wrote it up as a courtesy check, since it didn’t take long, and sent me on my way. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but I offered to at least pay maybe like half an hour labor for their time. He assured me it was not necessary and simply said, “Just remembers us for next time”! I surely will. If I’m in the area again and need assistance, they will definitely get my business.
Best prices and only a couple blocks away. Great service. Offered to pay for my tow if I had another issue with a repeat problem. I'll be restoring a 2010 Journey here. Update: After failing to identify a frozen caliper during an inspection the lead mechanic installed a brake hose ($175 - $220 job) free of charge.
My experience was good. I needed new tires on my car and the gentleman was very helpful. The price was extremely good and when I told him I needed to leave for work by 1 o'clock he assured me he would have it done. At 12:30 I received a call that it was finished and I could pick up. Thank you for your prompt service.
