We recently utilized Home Instead services to care for my elderly father. From the introductory meeting through the care provided, everyone we encountered exhibited the utmost professionalism and genuine care for my dad's well-being. We truly appreciate the entire team!

I used Home Instead for five months when I was waiting for my husband to get into a skilled living facility, and I was pleased with the admitting experience, the schedule, the administrators, and the caregivers. The aides were here on time, and if for any reason a caregiver couldn't fulfill her schedule, someone else from Home Instead was always here. I would recommend Home Instead services to anyone!

Since I began working for home instead I’ve been completely impressed by the professional and communication within the staff and office. They’re are very easy to communicate with about shifts and clients. The office is always available for calls or concerns. Most importantly they are always trying to make the best fits between caregivers and clients, and working to meet everyone’s schedules .

I have been employed with HomeInstead in Toledo Ohio for a couple years now and it's the best job I've ever had. Helping people stay in their own homes is quite rewarding. The office folks are very helpful, kind and generous. They offer fun times during the year for caregivers and often provide us with gifts. Great job.
