I must say I love this place. Ms. Janice is the bomb she really cares alot she is willing to go above and beyond as long as your doing your part. She is also very compassionate, honest, and very loyal. I love all of her staff they are amazing. Everyone is there to help as long as your honest, willing, and trying. I can say that this is the best place to get help if your really serious about it. I love this place and wouldn't trade it for anything in this world they have your back 100%. I can honestly say I'm loving life and letting life love me in my Mr Banks voice lol!!!!! I love my New Concepts family they are there for me when there's no one else there!!
This place is a wonderful facility for anyone who is serious about getting sober. The employees have went above and beyond their duty to help me before and you couldn't meet nicer people. I recommend new Concepts to anybody who really wants to get help and put the work in to achieve it.
New Concepts is a relatively small place compared to the other rehabilitation centers and that's just one of the reasons why I love it so much.The staff goes above and beyond for you,You aren't just a number here, and you are treated with respect and dignity..they also provide transportation to all Drs appointments,groups,etc no questions asked.
I've been to numerous rehab centers over the years for my addiction but this one is by far the best in Toledo and has saved my life.
