I would recommend this business to anyone! They were very responsive and honest. No one else was as professional and caring as they were. They even came out on a Saturday morning to met the insurance rep for their inspection to show them certain areas of concern. They beat every other company we consulted out of the water! Wes kept us informed throughout the entire process and when the day came for the job they were very fast, efficient, and let no trace of ruble when they were done. For an otherwise worrisome expense, Pioneer Roofing made it a truly great experience! The after pictures I have added are proof enough!

Our roof was leaking and our kitchen ceiling fell in and Chris with Pioneer Roofing was recommended by our realtor friend. He had guys over that day to tarp the roof and helped us through the whole process. He even kept after our insurance company to get us as much payout as we deserved. I am so grateful for the wonderful service during a crazy stressful time! Our new roof and gutters look amazing!

I don’t care what anyone else’s quote is, go with these guys! My house is just over 100 years old and Wes took the time to see what was the best plan of action for the way my house was built. I also had two non-functioning chimney stacks removed to the roof line. Wes determined that one of the chimneys was serving as the exhaust point of my gas furnace…so he also literally saved my life!!! The whole crew was punctual, efficient, and kind. I’ve had contractors stop showing up in the middle of a project, so I appreciate when a team has their s**t together, even better than I do! 15/10 highly recommend :)

Brett and Jason at Pioneer Roofing did a fantastic job on our new roof. They both worked hard and patiently with our insurance company to help with our wind damage claim. Kept us informed as to what we should expect during the entire insurance process. Brett and Jason are very personable and are gonna make sure the job is done correctly. They were also very caring to our young kids that were interested in what was happening to their house." Most companies would have just ignored them. But our kids know them by name. Their crew of installers did a great job making sure that nothing in the yard and landscaping was damaged during the removal and instillation. They worked very hard until the job was completed. So glad we called Pioneer Roofing!!!

Marty and his crew showed up on 10/4/21 at 7:30 and began to work immediately. They completed the job that day and did a wonderful job. The crew worked efficiently and quickly. The new roof is beautiful! The price was reasonable and definitely recommend Pioneer for any roofing job.
