Bought a gold figaro necklace, 15 inches. Technically a kids necklace but fits as a nice choker style necklace on me. Just the right size 👍 Happy birthday to me 🎁, got the warrenty on top of it. Not a bad deal the warrenty.

Had an issue and thought they were going to be rude and deny the jewelry came like that, I went back and the lady took it back immediately and gave me a new one.
She didn’t give me a hard time because she understood the problem wasn’t my fault.

I had two bad experiences here with piercings that gave me continuous issues. I went back today in hopes of getting everything solved and the lady working with me was AMAZING. She cared about my problems, was genuine, and went out of her way to make sure I had no more problems. I think her name was Kelly and maybe Cali, but she was awesome! Thanks for everything.

Took my daughter here to get her ears pierced for the first time; the ladies were very nice and made my daughter feel comfortable in order to sit still, and they came out looking perfect and beautiful! Would definitely recommend coming here!
