I had called around to have some electrical work done at the house. 90% of the contractors I called neither answered nor responded to my request. Ber's not only answered their phone, they had a technician, Mario, at my house the following day.

Mario called ahead of the appointment to let me know if he was running ahead or behind; he was able to show up early. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He completed the work very efficiently and cleaned up when he was done! If Ber's hires technicians, plumbers, electricians, HVAC installers, etc. like Mario, they are my go to service! Great job Ber's!

Just a quick note to (once again) thank the Team at BER's for their outstanding service, and 100% commitment to customer service. We had a minor issue with our 1 year old AC unit, and their team of professionals responded quickly, and took care of the problem. In fact, they went above and beyond what was needed to fix it, and make sure that we were satisfied with the end result.

I highly recommend BER's for any HVAC needs, and feel sure that they can handle any and all plumbing and electrical needs, too! I work in the electrical industry, and finding reliable contractors can be a challenge for some people--BER's is up to the task.

They did a great job starting with the salesperson Jim. Because I was working with my home warranty company, the process was a pain and a few contractors disregarded me for that reason. Jim was very thorough during the sales process and reassured me he would do whatever was necessary to work with the warranty company. He followed through with his promise and even negotiated double the reimbursement from the warranty company than another contractor had. I know it was time consuming for him but he never complained. Two other contractors I had out previously, continually expressed their dislike for working with warranty companies. Although I understand the difficulty, I found their complaining very unprofessional.
After the sales process I called Ber's to compliment Jim and the owner himself called me back to tell me he was grateful for the feedback.
The installation process was smooth, the communication was clear and timely. They were very clean, using tarps to cover their entire walkway throughout my house. The job site inside and out was left spotless. They completed the work sooner than projected. Overall it was a great experience and their price was right in line with the market.
Ber's came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend them.

Two weeks ago during the first hot day I put on the air. Two hours later it groaned and died. I contacted BER's. They were able to get Jim the sales rep out the next day. It was time for a new furnace and ac. Jim explained what I had, what my options were. No hard sell tactics. Scheduled the service for next available day. Josh and Mike were great! Highly recomend!
