I have ordered Epson Pro G7500U for our church's sanctuary from one vendor online a few month back. Order came right away, but it wasn't factory sealed. It was refurbished one with warranty expired.

With frustration, I found Protech Projection Systems and called them on the phone. They guaranteed it is factory sealed with factory warranty.

It took quite long to get the item (over 2 months due to COVID). However, it was a factory sealed box directly from Epson and of course with 3 years factory warranty.

During the waiting period of over 2 months period, Rod at Protech Projection Systems, did best he could do follow up with me in a professional manner with timely fashion.

I needed to create a portable projection system for a non-profit cinema due to the 2020 shutdown. Protech was great through the entire experience. Communication was quick and helpful in giving informed options on a projector. No hesitation doing business again. Highly recommended.

Protech Projection Systems, Inc was very professional regarding my buying a projector from them. Initially, I wanted to buy a certain projector from them but they told me, in a timely manner, that the projector was out of stock/discontinued. Then they gave me an alternative buy and I though it was discontinued. They went to optima and confirmed that it is still active and in stock. I bought that projector from them and doing so, gave me a discount on shipping. From now on, I will consider Protech ... be my first choice for purchase.
