What a great place to regain your fitness. The coaches are fantastic and really go out of there way to help you.
If your looking at gym to start working out again then this is the place. RT 18 cross fit is the best in Medina!!

Just finished a new member 6 week program and signed up for full time! You could not ask for a better staff. Michelle is an amazing, motivational coach and I look forward to going every time!

I texted at 10 PM the night before my first class and the coach texted me first thing in the morning to let me know that I could come whenever worked best for me. She immediately asked my name and then introduced me to the class, she made sure I had a partner for every part of the workout and coached me through a heavy lift when I was close to failure!

I signed up for the week, as I was a drop in and just visiting for the week. There is no doubt in my mind that if I lived there, this would be my gym! I went 5 times, to 5 different coaches and had a unique and incredible experience each time! The people in the gym are not only awesome competitors but they're extremely friendly! I would recommend this gym to anyone that asked and I will definitely be back each time I'm in town! Thanks Root 18 crossfit!

One of the most welcoming places I've ever been, gym or not. Happy to have anyone of any skill level or age, personalizing and scaling workouts to make the most sense for the individual. They even offer nutrition coaching and personal training! If you've ever thought about doing CrossFit or just looking for a full body workout, this place is for you. The commitment to members and treating the community like family can't be beat. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Carlin and EV are THE BEST! They've build an awesome team that delivers amazing results! I would recommend Root 18 to anyone in and around Medina who is looking for training or nutriton. You'll be in AMAZING hands!
