Both nurse and doctor were respectful and helpful. Also, the total time in here was 30 mins max - it was very quick. We’ve used this place many times and have been happy each time. Don’t hesitate to go here
I was recently in to be seen. I had a wonderful experience, but I go in to see what my diagnosis is not to tell anyone what it is. Google does not make me a DR. If we could allow our providers to tell us what we have based on their medical education it might be a better experience.
Just to clarify, this is not an "after hours" facility. In fact more than half of the posted hours are during normal business hours during the week. Is it a surprise to anyone that health care is short staffed like anyone else. Could it be there are rules in place to protect our health care workers? Could there be rules that imply that so many patients per health care worker mean they close at a certain time? Could this be so they can provide the safest care possible?
As you can tell from reviews, more than half the individuals coming to the office think they are walking into a Burger King. They want to use a kiosk to pick their treatment rather than actually have a visit with a medical professional. Medical professionals who have an actual medical degree to use evidence based practice and research to provide a treatment plan. After stomping their feet like a three year old child, many run to Google to complain that they didn't an inappropriate treatment- "your way" like Burger King
